We have been supplying offices and workplaces with luxurious cup of coffee for nearly 40 years. A family-founded company which is a fast-growing supplier of hot and cold drinks to the office industry, our core values remain simple and the same: great coffee and great service. From humble beginnings, we now have headquarters in London, with satellite offices in Manchester and Norwich, offering a nationwide network of service and support.

We are looking for someone who will be supporting management team in the smooth running of all company systems.

The company uses a core ERP with Oracle NetSuite but there are many other peripheral systems such as NextService (field service software) Pipedrive (sales pipeline management), NetStock (stock management), Crystal Reporting, BPA Alerts. to name a few .

A lesser role in load but equally important is working with our IT support company to manage the Office 365 subscription for the company, Including user management. That is all Microsoft subscriptions, email SharePoint and Zoom accounts etc.

Candidates should have the following:

This is a fast-paced role, and very high trust role, often very demanding and pressured offering you variety, challenges and the opportunity to grow and use all of your acquired skills as well as friendly and supportive atmosphere and culture to exceed your expectations.

A very heavy emphasis on training, especially to start with as there are many facets to the role all of which that will require a company specific approach to training.
