Job Description
We are looking for an accounts administrator to come on board on a full time permanent basis to work for one of the worlds leading banking institutions.
This is a full time role with hybrid working available - a minimum of 3 days in the office.
Please note that prior to interview, you will be required to carry out online competency testing. We will be able to assist you through this process.
Role Responsibilities
· Process invoices and ensure supplier and expense payments are handled on a timely manner
· Maintenance of contracts with suppliers
· Maintain client static data within Mainframe Platform and on system networks
· Be responsible for accounts reconciliations
· Prepare VAT return
· Prepare corporation tax letters for tax team
· Prepare regulatory reporting returns
· Process syndicated loan fees and ensure correct reflection in the Profit and Loss statement
· Process staff cash expenses and ensure correct reflection in the Profit and Loss statement
· Act as main contact with credit card providers such as Barclaycard and Lloyds.
· Book Treasury deals in Treasury Module
· Preparing daily management reports and providing requests for information in a timely manner
· Ad-hoc tasks as deemed appropriate
· Provide basic training during on boarding of new employees
Experience and Skills
· Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative tasks
· Have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to probe and challenge others in a constructive manner
· Have a positive and flexible attitude to work and willingness to embrace new initiatives
· Be a confident and highly motivated individual
· Be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable but not essential
