Job Description
Our company is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team of General Assistants. The position is full time based at our office in Old Steine.
The successful candidate will be responsible, happy to work in a team, positive, willing to learn and quick and efficient. You will be working with an enthusiastic team focused on delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients in a friendly manner
- Reception work including answering the phone, greeting clients and calendar management.
- Assist with post and general office procedures.
- Ensure that files are scanned and filleted in a compliant manner.
- Provide administrative support as directed by your supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness in the general office, reception and client areas.
- Organise stock and order supplies when necessary.
- Complete any specific training as and when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.00 per hour
