Salary Scale: £21,255 with effect from 1st April 2023 (Real Living Wage)
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Bridge Recovery Housing is an exciting new initiative to provide effective housing support interventions for people in drug or alcohol treatment, who may either be homeless or at risk of homelessness as a result of their housing situation.
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic team of housing professionals, who will be involved in the inception and development of the service.
You will have the opportunity to grow and develop working for a well-established local charity, that values its staff and is committed to their well-being and professional development.
THE ROLE:
The Recovery Support Worker will work closely with a Floating Support Worker, to support people with drug or alcohol problems by helping them to maintain their tenancy.
You will be required to work in the community and visit people in their own homes.
The people you work with will be facing challenges and may be at risk of becoming homeless.
CONTRACT All posts are full time 37.5 hours per week, initially funded until 31st March 2025. 32 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Pay award due in April 2023.
