This is a varied role based two days a week at our Toyota Centre Truro, two days at our Toyota Centre in Helston and one day in our Ford dealership in Helston.
Role Info:
You will be joining an award winning team selling and looking after Toyota customers all over Cornwall for nearly 25 years from our two centres.
You will establish and maintain effective business communication working with all marketing and management teams across the group to agree a medium term strategy for social media engagement, marketing plans & execution, using business data to support strategic objectives and franchise requirements.
This is a challenging and varied role working within a busy environment across all areas of the business (New Car Sales, Aftersales & Motability), so never a dull day!
Key Duties:
- Analyse provided data to develop new business opportunities with the management team, helping the business to grow and develop
- Drive brand awareness and customer engagement across digital media channels
- Responsible for the execution of overall digital strategy
- Ensure all digital and online sales channels are up to date and correct and to be brand compliant
- Maintain a high level of social engagement (Facebook and Instagram)
- Responsible for quarterly marketing plan and execution following Toyota requirements and standards
- Keeping the team up to date and in the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Toyota process / data systems & media training will be given
