Job Description
Working as an Hotel Room Attendant you will play a crucial part within our team and to our guests stay to ensure that the guest bedrooms and hotel public areas are to the expected Crowne Plaza standards, whether they are just checking in or staying longer.
You will have excellent attention to detail whilst being able to work both as a team and as an individual, to ensure that the rooms are ready for our guests arriving at the hotel and coming back at the end of their day.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
· To clean the guest bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors to the expected standards at all times
· To assist with cleaning hotel public areas and linen duties
· To complete additional job of the day tasks
· To speak with guests and follow up on any additional requests that they may have
· To consistently follow health and safety processes whilst at work
