Job Description Provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Cardiac Catheter Suite including the primary PCI service and the co-ordination of the cardiology waiting lists for all elective and inpatient Catheter Suite services. Act as a point of contact and liaison between patients, GP's, wards, consultants and outside agency's. Act as the first point of contact for the cardiac catheter services. Deal effectively and proactively with all enquires. Provide support for clinical colleagues. Managing and organising own work schedule. Coordinate referrals and book on to relevant systems. Ensure all appointments are managed in line with the Trust access policy. Manage the filling system and ensure all follow up appointments are arranged. Ensure the electronic diary is up to date.
