Job Description This job is a 20 hour per week job supporting the medical secretaries in the Maxillofacial Department with various different admin roles The main daily duties will be pulling letters through from the voice recognition system that the clinicians dictate on patients from their clinic appointments. Collecting notes from filing for secretaries as required and returning the notes that have been used to pre file. Collecting notes and preparing them for clinicians to carry out police reports. The wards will e-mail our ward discharge e-mail account for follow ups that need booking and you will be required to check this on a daily basis and forward e-mails to the appropriate secretaries We are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with five hospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 695,000 people.
