As a member of the central dispatch team you will be responsible for the set up and delivery of our software to new and existing customers. You are someone who is passionate about data accuracy and attention to detail, who is comfortable to communicate with stakeholders involved in the successful onboarding of new systems users. You are able to work autonomously as well as be a team player.
- Preparation of software licences for new and existing customers.
- Updating customer account(s) with additional information and services.
- Informing customer success manager(s) to begin the onboarding process.
- Liaise across sales, support and finance departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Active participation and sharing of information within the team.
- MS Office Experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- previous data entry experience (not essential)
- Methodical and data driven.
- Attention to detail.
- Focus on quality and speed.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written and knowledge of French is an asset
- Time management and organisational skills to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
- Curious and proven willingness to learn new skills.
