Job Description
As a Bartender at Gino D'Acampo Hotels and Leisure you will be working in a high tempo and faced paced environment. You will be expected to have a strong product knowledge of both classic and in house cocktails. Within the role you will mix, shake, pour and create stunning drinks to our specification using multiple different methods and techniques, all of which will you will be fully trained on in house to ensure our high standards are maintained. You will have a good understanding of our wide range of products which in turn will enable you to give the best experience to our guests and also help further your understanding of your role.
We are looking for experienced cocktail bar tenders or current bar tenders looking to develop themselves further. As well as delivering amazing cocktails and guest experiences, you will be:
· Delivering a very high standard of guest service, every day
· Learning and applying food and beverage knowledge to your guests
· Fulfilling your part in a very close team
· Adopting a never say no mentality to guest requests
· Completing a rigorous training and development programme
· Achieving high scores in all audits such as Mystery Diner and cleaning
· Having the passion and drive to grow in your career in hospitality
· Exceeding your guests expectations each and every time they visit us
· Adhering to all health and food safety company policies
· Beating the targets are set out for you and your team
· Ensuring guest feedback is always positive and turning any unlikely complaints into compliments
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £9.00-£11.95 per hour
