We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as a call centre assitant. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, dialing outbound calls, utilising company policies to asess customer eligibilty and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for clients, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries about services.
- Assist customers with assessing their eligibilty for claims.
- Provide customer service.
- Inform customers abolut our services.
- Gather information from customers.
- Get to know customers and provide assistance.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and co-workers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bradford bd7 1hr: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
