We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join the team, taking responsibility for supporting the Account Management team, as well as the scoping and creation of technical presales solutions and documentation!
Location: Home-based with occasional business travel

The role:
We are looking for a confident, experienced, and self-motivated individual who is able to work with minimal supervision and who is comfortable working with a broad range of clients at all organisational levels in both technical and business discussions.
Central to the role will be the creation and review of compelling solution-based proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFPs, implementation strategies and Statements of Work documents and the liaison with other teams.
Strong client relationships are paramount, and you will need to demonstrate a high level of maturity and commercial acumen. Communications and documentation must be authoritative, precise and credible. Above all, we are looking for someone who will have the experience and confidence to be able to advise clients in relation to Microsoft 365 and Azure!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical components of the sales process to create customer facing commercial artefacts for engagements
- Liaise with other Nasstar teams including, Sales (the primary interaction), Project Management, Support, Managed Services and Adoption and Change Management
- Build strong relationships across the business, demonstrating a high level of maturity and commercial acumen
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years technical experience of designing complex, global Microsoft 365 or Azure Infrastructure solutions in a Consultancy based role
- Demonstrable knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 Security
- Modern Workplace
- Teams including cloud telephony, call recording and contact centre solutions,
- Identity Management
- Exchange Online
- Experience dealing with customers and business stakeholders, at all levels
