Crew Member (Reception) - MOXY Edinburgh Airport
This position is based on a full-time contract.
Gross Salary: £10.50 per hour
On top of this we pay a £4 commute allowance.

Main Tasks & responsibilities
Top quality customer service
Working as part of a great team
First point of contact for our guests
Answering internal & external calls
Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer
Dealing with general guest requests
Available to work when the team and customer needs you
You are flexible with working nights shifts
Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all these things:

Useful Experience:
Experience within the service industry
Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
Personal experience of travel and travel industry
