We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic candidates (ideally with Retail Experience) who are passionate about managing a Retail Cluster and supporting Site / Store Managers to achieve KPIs and other business objectives.
Our client, a Shell Cluster, is looking to hire an Operations Manager in the Reigate, Redhill, and Gatwick areas. This is an exciting time to join a successful team. Previous experience of working at a Petrol / Service Station is preferred but not essential.
The management team work hard to ensure that service station is always a welcoming environment for customers. They contribute to our customers' happiness and safety. As part of their job, they ensure that the station is clean and that everything is working properly, but most importantly, they enjoy assisting customers in having a good day.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Managing the store managers and providing leadership and direction
- Providing great Customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Keeping the Cluster Brand Standards
- Recruitment and Training
- Understanding KPIs and delivery as per business expectations
We are looking for people who will always be friendly and welcoming to customers, giving them full attention, and treating them like their guests.
You must be a great communicator, a super team player and be able to deliver exceptional Customer Service.
