About us
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join Bonboncha's first UK flagship store.
We aim to be the most loved and respected Bubble Tea in the world. We are committed to serve consistently high-quality Taiwanese bubble teas to all our customers and provide outstanding customer service.
We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated team player to join our team of Bubble Tea Baristas and will work closely with other team members to ensure that the café is run in an efficient manner, and that all products are prepared to the highest standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Serving customers
- Making coffees and Bubble Teas
- Ensuring hygiene and cleaning procedures are followed, including Food Safety
- Rotating and ordering stock
- Closing and opening the cafe
- Cashing up
We are looking for:
- Experience working in cafe, bar, restaurant, kitchen or retail
- Good team player, friendly, punctual, flexible and can do attitude
- Enjoy providing good customer service
- Good grasp of the English language
- Required to work on weekends and bank holidays
- Be eligible to legally work in the UK
We offer:
- Starting salary of £9.50 per hour on completion of probation and a further pay increase based on skills acquired
