Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, organised and confident people to join our award winning property management team in Canterbury.
As with our company ethos and core values the role will require you to offer faultless customer service, effectively communicate to our clients and be passionate, memorable and excellent.
The interesting varied role will be managing the day to day running of a portfolio in excess of 100 properties.
You will be working for a professional, responsible, established privately owned company that encourages professional development, offers training and will encourage and support efforts to obtain industry related qualifications .
You must have a willingness to be flexible and a commitment to working to a high standard. Ideally over a years experience in property management (except trainee position).
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Dress Code: Smart Office Wear
Hours;
Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.30pm
Fridays 8.45am to 5.00pm
Saturdays (a day off in lieu - Thursdays) - 9.00am to 4.00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
