- Repair, check, and fix e-bikes.
- Prepare bikes on time for shifts
- Take notes of all the works done on bikes, order parts and update the database.
- Keep the inventory of the workshop updated.
- Keep the workshop clean and organised.
- Act as a Rider as and when required
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Be organised and prioritise effectively
Although being a technician will be your primary role you will be expected to assist wherever required, be it acting as a Rider, taking deliveries, or assisting in other areas of the operation, such as shift controller - as with all staff, flexibility in your job role is key
ABOUT YOU:
Have a good understanding of mechanical principles and a great level of technical bike maintenance and repair knowledge
- Proficient and confident bike rider
- Computer Literate
- Adaptable and resilient
- Passionate about mechanics but also about delivering excellent customer service
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, be a good communicator, with a friendly manner
- Dynamic and hardworking
- Punctual, presentable, trustworthy, and very reliable
- Have a desire to develop, progress and gain additional and relevant qualifications
- Have at least 2 years cycle workshop experience or Cytech e-bike Certification
Job Types: Part-time / Full-time
Must be able to work weekdays (AM shifts and PM Shifts) and some weekends (AM and PM Shifts)
Must be able to cover Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and occasional travel to Bristol.
Experience:
Cycle Workshop: 2 year minimum (required)
Pay dependent on experience.
