Job Description
Grafton Brickwork is a construction company working in and around Greater London. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to start in the office based in Woodford Green.
Duties will involve:
- General Admin Support (answering the phone and responding to emails)
- Data Input on Excel and Word.
- Ordering materials for our construction sites and office. Including reconciling invoices at month end for payment.
- Keeping a high level of tidiness and appearance in the office.
- Liaising with the accounts & commercial departments where necessary.
- Liaising with site managers for daily registers.
A competitive salary will be offered to the right person.
This job role is 5 days a week 8:30 - 4:30pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks and trained in all aspects of the business. You must be a highly organised individual and enjoy being part of a small team.
