We are looking for an experienced and collaborative VP of Sales to lead the UK/I Sales region at CoachHub. As a VP of Sales UK/I , you will own and oversee the daily sales activities, meeting with clients to support account executives, sales reporting, designing effective sales strategies, representing our company in webinars and conferences, and working with marketing to evangelize company products and services.
To be successful in this role, you should have great leadership skills, be comfortable in a fast-moving environment and have the ability to execute fast to drive company success. Ultimately, a top-notch VP of sales should have an in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive products and have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
So...what will you do here?
- Leading sales teams and maintaining sales operations, including close collaboration with the customers success, sales development and marketing teams
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to
- achieve sales goals
- Recruiting and hiring top notch account executives and evolving training programs
- Managing to quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals
- Monitoring the market including competitor products and provide detailed sales forecasting
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating client needs, and improving customer satisfaction
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
- Inspiring and coaching the team to include knowledge transfer, best practice sharing, training and supervision
- Closing deals with hands-on support. You will actively sell alongside your team, helping them to win new logos in the mid-market and enterprise space
- You understand the local market. You develop and implement the local go-to market strategy
- Forecasting, performance monitoring and deal reviews let you always understand what you have achieved and where you want to go
- You represent CoachHub at fairs and events, you act as a speaker and thought leader

- Extensive experience in complex B2B solution sales as an individual contributor
- Proven experience leading a high performing sales team in the complex B2B enterprise space
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and overachieving targets in both roles (top 10-20% of company)
- You are familiar with the entire sales cycle (prospecting to renewals)
- You are an absolute people person with a growth mindset
- You possess a can-do attitude and have the will to succeed
- You understand the value of continuous education through workshops, seminars, training and coaching
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Experience selling to HR / Talent / L&D departments
- Experience working in small company with new horizon solution is preferred
- Experience in SaaS / high value software sales is preferred
- You are based in the UK
