Kumon is a supplementary education provider, specialising in Maths and English programmes tailored to ensure that each child is working at just the right level. We are looking for a Marketing Communications Assistant - Maternity cover, to work at our head office in Ealing.
Your main responsibility will be to provide a range of administrative support to the Brand Marketing team, including managing relationships with external suppliers, providing Kumon Instructors with exceptional marketing materials, training and support. Provide copyrighting/proof-reading
Duties and Responsibiltiies:
- To be the first point of contact for all marketing queries from Kumon Instructors and Field Associates, via the efficient and professional daily management of the Brand Enquiries email account and department telephone number.
- To provide thorough and timely administrative support as required by the Brand Marketing team, including, but not limited to, answering calls, taking meeting minutes, generating reports, gathering of materials and booking of equipment, accommodation and travel.
- Proofread copy for accuracy of content, spelling, punctuation and grammar (including editing as required and providing support to the wider business to ensure the quality of all content).
- To provide exceptional, individualised support to Instructors in response to any Brand Marketing queries, to motivate and equip Instructors with the knowledge and tools they need to best promote the Kumon brand in their local community.

- To support with the management of national social media pages including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
