Vogue immerses itself in fashion, always leading readers to what will happen next. Thought-provoking, relevant and always influential, Vogue defines the culture of fashion.
Job Description
Location:
London, GB
British Vogue is looking for an energetic, meticulously organised, and professional Editorial Assistant to support its multi-platform Features team, with enthusiasm and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have previous experience at a magazine, website, or newspaper, while the role calls for an individual with first-class organisational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to thriveunder pressure. The role is primarily administrative, to support the European Features Director, Deputy Features Director and Digital Director, as well as Vogue’s editors and writers, with detailed research and planning assistance, production support on stories and behind-the-scenes organisation for our wide range of editorial content. Experience working in a CMS will be a distinct advantage. While this an editorial support rather than a writing role, it also represents an excellent opportunity to develop in that area for the right candidate.
A knowledge and passion for arts and culture – exhibitions, music, film, TV and books as well as, of course, fashion and lifestyle – is crucial, as is having a constant eye on the news agenda.
