4 Kingdoms Adventure Farm is seeking an experienced, professional, and passionate Human Resources Assistant to join our office staff and help develop our team. As our HR Assistant, you will work as a member of the HR function, providing support to all employees with regards to HR requests and matters, and ensuring adherence to company policies, principles, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to employees with regards to HR requests and matters.
- Organize staff PDPs.
- Assist with recruitment responsibilities, including job advertisements, arranging and assisting with job interviews, and communicating effectively with relevant management personnel.
- Maintain a high level of administration, ensuring HR records are up-to-date.
- Assist with grievance, disciplinary, and appeal meetings.
- Offer HR support to other UK-based sites when required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, principles, and practices.
- Assist with processing the monthly payroll.
- Produce reports, as required, in relation to HR matters.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. You should also have experience in providing HR support, with knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
