We're recruiting for a Line Chef to join us in our 2 AA Rosette seafood restaurant Hook by Martin Burge at the award-winning Fish Hotel.
We serve stunning, sustainable Cornish seafood in a luxurious rustic woodland setting on our 600 acre Cotswolds hillside – Farncombe Estate. It's the perfect place to breathe some fresh air into your career. Overseen by two-Michelin starred Culinary Director Martin Burge and working with a team of long-serving, hard working, friendly and organised chefs, you'll get to learn from the best.
We offer an excellent salary of £32,448 per year, plus service charge, taking your salary to up to around £35,500/£36,000 per year. Due to our rural location, you will require your own transport (WR12 7LJ) or we have smart live-in accommodation less than 5 minutes' walk from The Fish at £256pcm including bills.
