Clover HR are looking for a motivated and dynamic candidate to join their recruitment division at an exciting period of growth! You will be required to visit the office in Worcester periodically however the role can be fully remote.
Some level of experience within a recruitment environment is essential. This is a candidate focused role in which you ensure you are searching for, contacting and presenting Clovers client base with excellent talent while providing an exceptional recruitment service to all.
Role Responsibilities:
Target and generate exceptional candidate base through advertising, job board searches referrals/ recommendations and social media
Take a detailed and effective job brief from clients, managing expectations and establishing clear parameters for successful delivery.
Write advertising copy, update job boards and place recruitment adverts for specific Assignments/ campaigns.
Conduct interviews (by telephone, online & face to face if required by the client) to identify relevant talent.
Shortlist candidates and present clients with details of candidates recommended for interviews.
Manage the interview process effectively for both client and candidate, managing all feedback and negotiation between the two.
Continue to build depth in relationships with existing clients, looking for opportunities to cross sell services Clover’s services.
Maintain regular contact with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Formatting of candidate CVs for submission to external clients
