Fantastic opportunity for an Academy Delivery Team Manager (ADTM) to join our wider Academy team within Colleague Experience. Reporting to the Academy Director, the ADTM will deliver effective leadership, management and facilitation of all training delivery within the designated Region.
The ADTM will be accountable for the efficient and effective management of the Academy sites under their remit and will lead the teams based within those sites. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality learning and qualifications through effective management of learning strategy, programme delivery, budget, funding and HSE/wellbeing initiatives.
A key aspect of the role is to provide inspiring leadership in safety, culture and effective management to the delivery team and learners.

About the role...
Budget accountability for costs related to their people within the Region
Work with the Academy Site Manager to ensure the Academy is fit for purpose, safe and are invested in to support high quality training delivery
Support the development of future annual budgets for region
Health, Safety & Environmental responsibility for HSE conformance. This includes maintenance of robust quality systems which meet all internal and external standards associated with Health, Safety and Environment performance
Seek efficiencies in delivery and flexibility of operating models to improve the overall outputs across Centrica sites
Support overall planning and implementation of training programmes through effective deployment of regional resources
Ensure quality training delivery, meeting all awarding body / funding body requirements
Deliver a process of continuous improvement and innovation learning delivery methodology to enhance the learning experience
Where appropriate, promote Centrica amongst internal and external customers, and other agencies, maximising income potential
Review of training provision, and through a process of sharing best practice, identifying opportunities to innovate, modernise, improve, develop and standardise products and processes
Maintenance of relevant quality systems, liaising with key stakeholders in relation business integrity, planning, reviewing, product delivery and quality assurance
Maintain awareness of external best practice and where appropriate look to support the introduction of this within Centrica
Provide support for Apprentices and other learners in their Region
Ensure all issues related to Safeguarding are adhered to, particularly for vulnerable and young learners
Provision of management information (MI) relevant to the operation
Ensure the management and development of the teams
What we're looking for...
Proven experience in leading learning delivery teams and programmes
Experience in working in large, complex and regulated organisations
Proven ability to work to agreed standards and timescales
Demonstrated ability to perform in a matrix organisation
Experience in building effective working relationships that deliver great results
Experience in managing, inspiring and motivating remote teams
Managerial or Leadership NVQ L3 qualification or equivalent
