Position: Training Officer
Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Full Time (Permanent)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, & 2pm to 10pm
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (Dependent on Experience)

- Responsible for delivering training to colleagues on all levels, both new and existing employees
- Able to deliver training both classroom and operational based
- Update and maintain training records for all colleagues
- Forecast training for new starters
- Update work instructions within business requirements

- Strong communication skills with colleagues on all levels
- Training Background would be desirable
- Able to adapt approach to training delivery based on colleague skills & knowledge
- Strong IT Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Experience within management level division - desired
