Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with previous retail and face-to-face sales experience but if you don’t have that and instead have the willingness to learn and genuinely love to help people then we are willing to give you a chance, train you and bring the best out of you and give you the platform you need to prove yourself.

This job is based in Liverpool and you may need to travel to other stores when required.
DBS and References will be required for this job role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting customers and dealing with them in a timely and polite manner
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Contribute towards store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets
- Assist with Stock control
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Answering queries from customers and dealing with customer complaints.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
- Work well in a team but able to use your own initiative when and where required for the smooth running of the shop floor
- Ad hoc duties
