Sales agents are expected to earn between £30,000 - £60,000 per year, based on performance and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain relationships with our clients to offer tailored villa stays and keep our guests booking year after year.
- Handle villa rental enquiries through phone, email and other communication channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client queries and concerns.
- Build strong relationships with property managers and owners, negotiate booking rates and up-sell extras.
- Work collaboratively with the USA sales to achieve company goals.
- Utilise our CRM system to organise your leads and collect valuable customer data.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or hospitality based roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Confident with mathematical calculations.
