What you’ll bring
Working closely with the People Systems Manager, in your role as a People Business Analyst we’re looking for you to help drive our Technology Agenda. We are looking for a candidate who is creative and has a passion for making things better. Our Technology Roadmap consists of a 3-year plan to deliver new systems and enhancements so we’re in need of someone with strong requirements engineering experience. People Systems and People Data are intrinsically connected so it’s important that you’re able to gather, analyse, manage and shape data, ensuring it’s maintained with the utmost care. Structure and organisation are a critical part of the role, planning and risk management are the backbone of successful project delivery. We have recently moved to become an agile organisation, if working in an agile way excites you, now is the time to join. HRIS knowledge would support you in understanding the role at more pace, but if your background is in other system maintenance and delivery you can build your experience with us.
