Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join our established but expanding Private Number Plate company based in modern Swansea SA1 offices.
A starting rate of £9.81/hour (during probationary period) rising to £10.39/hour after is offered, with regular reviews. You will be paid by the minute, so you never lose out. This is an excellent chance to join a fabulous team dedicated to exemplary and ethical customer service.
The Role
You will be handling sensitive documents, managing incoming/outgoing paperwork plus filing, taking payments and handling customer complaints and enquiries via phone and email. This is a supporting role to our sales team but just as important.
Requirements
You must be a team player with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and have great verbal, written and active listening communication skills. Phone experience is desirable but a methodical, well organised and flexible approach to this role is essential. Good IT, problem solving, and time management abilities are also essential in this varied customer service and administrative role.
Full time hours of 42.5 hours a week, 5 days out of 7.
Occasional weekend working will be required (8.30am - 4.30pm Sat or Sun).
Weekday shifts are 8.00am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 6.00pm.
