We are looking for an Analytics Developer to join our digital team. The role will be responsible for gathering analytics data requests, mapping out solution processes and delivering data & reporting requirements. Supporting our digital analytics & personalisation teams, the role will provide web analytics solutions and deliver Power BI dashboards.
This role will partner our analysts and front-end developers to drive even stronger online performance. Using your programming expertise, you will develop data model and pipeline pipelines, identify inefficiencies in existing processes and employ best-practices throughout.
This is a fantastic opportunity for problem solvers to hone their coding skill set, gain business and commercial acumen, apply analytical and technical skills, and be exposed to large datasets in our cloud environment.
Key Role Responsibilities

Understand business contexts and requirements to translate them into a data engineering solution or web analytics implementation brief

Design, develop & manage web analytics data and analytics dashboards that will help to understand ecommerce performance

Provide expertise to other analysts on creating dashboard through PowerBI

Apply Python and SQL logic to process data in an easy-to-consume format for analysts to build models or perform deep dive analysis in a Cloud environment

Code, test, and document new or modified data systems to create robust and scalable applications for data analytics

Clean and prepare web analytics data to the analytics record for downstream consumption, perform data quality tests and checks
Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience
-
Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science or similar.

Experience working in a digital data environment & understanding of online business

Conceptual and logical data modelling skills, to allow realisation and visualisation of solutions

Experience in Python, SQL, Power BI, Adobe analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud or Google analytics

Understanding of web scripting languages (i.e. HTML, JavaScript, CSS selectors) and cloud technology concepts or working experience in relational and dimensional data modelling.
