Position: Stock Controller
Location: Livingston, Scotland
Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time
Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7 - 1 week days 6am -14:00pm & 1 week 14:00pm -22:00pm rotating weekly

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Support the management team by providing proficient clerical support
- Trouble shoot, investigate and resolve any stock problems or queries on a daily basis
- Raising and resolving internal and external queries by telephone and/or email
- Ensure that stock/inventory related requests are answered promptly and accurately

- Experience of working in a warehouse environment
- Strong IT and Administration skills
- Good knowledge of reporting requirements, processes and interdependencies
- Clerical abilities - must have good numeracy and literacy skills
