Remit
I am currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager with a track history of Good CQC ratings, for a beautiful Nursing Home in Herefordshire. The home specialises in Elderly Care and has a requirement for a passionate and resident driven manager to ensure an outstanding level of care is delivered.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have a management background in Nursing Homes have a good or outstanding CQC report. Being RGN/RMN qualified is preferable however not essential providing you have a history of successful management of Nursing Homes as Registered Manager in an Elderly Care service. Commercial awareness and business acumen are also an advantage in this position.
Location
The home is based in Herefordshire, and is commutable from Craven Arms, Church Stretton, Ludlow, Tenbury Wells, Ledbury, Hereford, Hay-on-Wye, Knighton, Kington, Presteigne, and Surrounding Areas.
