My award winning client is currently recruiting for a Legal Support Assistant (Legal Secretary) to join the Real Estate (Energy) team based in Bristol.
The firm is undergoing an unprecedented period of expansion and the ideal candidate can expect plenty of opportunity to develop their skill set and to be involved in some interesting and challenging work.
This is a superb opportunity if you are looking to enhance your existing legal support/secretarial experience to take responsibility for the progression of legal cases from start to finish within a leading UK law firm.
The role
- File management tasks to ensure full compliance with practices
- Produce and amend precedent letters and House-style documents
- Take responsibility for all travel and diary management and ensuring the fee earners have everything required for their meetings
- Respond to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners, ensuring excellent and clear communication at all times
The ideal candidate
- A proven track record of providing high quality administration preferably within a legal/professional services environment
- Strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity
