I'm looking for a trustworthy, tech-savvy, and organized Administrative Assistant.

This is a support role to me as the Executive Assistant at Watt Advertising, a Google Ads specializing start-up based out of the United States, as well as the wider team. International applicants accepted.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a support role to the Executive Assistant at Watt Advertising. An Administrative Assistant at Watt Advertising is in charge of performing administrative and organizational tasks. This includes but is not limited to managing communications, admin management and organization. When a WA AA is doing their job optimally, their administrative tasks are organized, streamlined and operating efficiently.
REPORTS TO: Executive Assistant of Watt Advertising, Seda Karaman.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding and managing emails
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing meetings by making agendas and taking notes
- Managing CRM
- Organizing owners and managers’ calendars
- Performing market research
- Data entry and systems management
- Administrative tasks
- Social media content creation and posting
- Addressing team administrative queries
- Preparing client reports and keeping online records
- Booking travel, accommodations and logistics
- Performing errands and online ordering for owners and the business

- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or relevant role.
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, zoom, Asana, Dubsado, etc.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Solid organizational skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-7 per week
Pay: £8.00-£13.00 per hour
