Role responsibilities
The HSW Compliance Manager plays a key role that will ensure continuing compliance with all legal requirements in relation to the Health & Safety, for all colleagues and others, who may be affected by its acts or omissions.
You will audit the premises and business activities in order to help ensure continuing compliance with all legal requirements in relation to the Health & Safety, Environmental and Security.
The role will participate in monitoring the policies, procedures, working practices and Infrastructure to ensure continued compliance with all legal and relevant requirements, consistency, and continuous development across all business areas.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to –
- Conducting Health & Safety, Security and Environmental audits across all TfW sites and business activities and prepare reports on levels of compliance.
- Participate in recommending and implementing changes to TfW methodology and systems for conducting audits.
- Liaise with other auditing teams as appropriate to ensure the effective coordination of the auditing function.
- Plan and deliver the annual safety audit plan using models and statistical data.
- Carry out supplier audits to ensure where risk is imported into the company it is controlled and minimised.

Essential requirements to be considered for this role:
- ISO qualifications 14001/9001/45001 or equivalent
- Investigation and interview techniques
- Experience in Microsoft office (word, excel PowerPoint)
- Experience in working under highly regulated management systems
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would be advantageous to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
