Tile Giant has recently changed ownership, and the new owners are committed to investing in the company to drive sales and brand awareness. To help us meet our ambitious plans for growth, we now have a vacancy for a full time Branch Sales Assistant within our Norwich Store.

The role
The role of branch sales assistant is integral to our business and mission, you are the face of Tile Giant. You will be the person welcoming customers into our stores, you will be creating a warm and welcoming environment. You will be the difference between a positive sale and a non-returning customer. Tile Giant relies on excellent customer service and positive sales, therefore our Branch Sales Assistants must be dynamic, enthusiastic, a willingness to go the extra mile and above all hold a passion for high standards.

Main Duties include:
- · Serving customers both retail and trade
- · Stock replenishment
- · Work Deliveries
- · Proactive interactions with customers
- · Advising customers on all products
- · Ensuring shop standards are aesthetically pleasing to the eye
- · Adhering with all Health and Safety policy and procedures
Ø NB – This role requires a degree of heavy lifting, Tile Giant have a duty of care towards ensuring all employees are kept safe during work hours, however employees also have a duty of care and responsibility to ensure they take care of their own Health and Safety. Therefore, it is a requirement that a person should be physically fit to carry out heavy loads and manual handling tasks.

Role Specifics
- Wage/Salary: £19k
- Hours/Days required: 24hrs
- Weekend work is essential to this role.
- You will be given 4 weeks’ notice of rostered shifts
- Working Patterns:
07.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
9am – 5pm Saturday
10am – 4pm Sunday
