Job Description
Towerview Care currently require an Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team at Burton and Trent Court in Burton on Trent.
Reporting to the Administrator and working alongside each other, we are looking for friendly, confident individuals that have a professional, confident telephone manner with an ability to meet, greet plus sign post visitors and deal with queries. Support includes the smooth running of the homes with a particular focus on reception and telephony services.
The successful post holders will be responsible for running the reception, communicating with all areas of the homes and undertaking word processing as directed. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. Other duties will include: filing, assisting with recruitment, typing and dealing with correspondence within given timescales, minute taking for meetings, and undertaking any other duties of a similar nature consistent with this post in order to provide a quality service.
Candidates will need to have a good working knowledge and experience of MS Word and MS Excel. Experience of working in a care home environment is desirable however a passion for engaging with working age or older adults with dementia and associated conditions is essential.
