We have an exciting opportunity for a Merchandising Administrator to join our Core Stationery Merchandising team, based at our High Street Head Office in Swindon. Reporting to the Merchandiser within the Trading Department, the main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support within the Trading Category Teams.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be providing accurate data input as required and instructed by the rest of the team (system, paperwork – e.g. price changes, allocation and raising orders). You will action and answer store queries on behalf of the Trading Team relating to the product category and manage price changes in the system, liaising with external suppliers in regards to delivery dates and times. You will obtain internal and external information on behalf of the team and compile and issue reports on a daily and weekly basis as as well as managing store signing session and carrying out any additional administrative activities as required.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who has good interpersonal and numerical skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads. You should have excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Word and have good organisational and time management skills. You will have a key eye for detail and accuracy with a strong team ethos and good communication skills.
