Job Type: Full Time & Permanent
Salary: Production Operative - £27,400.81/Multiskilled Production Operative - £31,043.29
Shift Pattern:
24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, including 12 hours shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week.

About the Role
- Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
- Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.
About You

- Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
- Be open to learn new things as you can be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks.

- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be comfortable working to targets.
- Have previous experience of working within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment – preferred but not essential.
