About Home Leisure Direct - We are the UK’s largest games room retailer, supplying both direct to consumer, trade customers and commercial hospitality venues. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will need to be a great team player as well as having the ability to drive your own timetable. You’ll be passionate about all things digital and have the energy, enthusiasm, perseverance, and commerciality to achieve some ambitious targets.

So, ideally you’ll be someone who already has a passion for Pool, Arcade Games and more (take a look at our website www.homeleisuredirect.com). With such exciting products to showcase considerable opportunities exist.
We already run competitions such as Games Room of the Year, Office Breakout of the Year, and will run our first Competitive Socialising Awards this year. We supply the pool tables for live pool competitions on Sky, and have relationships with the top players across pool and snooker.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
If you have a passion for social media we want to speak with you. The role will heavily focus on building on our social media channels and creating brand awareness.
Not just posting – we are looking for someone who can build and engage a community on social networks. Testing creative execution in both images and videos. Strong analytic capabilities to measure ROI in this area
As brand guardian on our social media channels its important you have an excellent knowledge and passion for the channel and the desire to keep up to date with new initiatives – as well as creative flair!
This is where your passion for pool or other gaming pursuits will allow you to hit the ground running – well be encouraging you to trial our new tables and equipment and tell our customers about them.
Experience of scheduling and management tools
The role will also have to scope to develop into the following areas:
· Email Planning and Creation.
You’ll have a passion for all things email – some experience in developing email campaigns is advantageous but not essential. Product selection following the advice from our “buying and sales experts”, creating, targeting and scheduling, measuring all outcomes and the desire to test and continually develop new initiatives.
- Be curious to analyse and provide insights
Go beyond just web analytics and website performance – our Digital Marketing Assistant will be excited about using data to seek out opportunities for growth.
Preferably experience of;
Excel skills. Tiktok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook
A good working knowledge of Amazon/Ebay would be desirable but is not essential for the role.
Location: Hybrid working mostly office based between the Showroom and Head office with some flexibility to work from home.
Flexible split of working hours/days to suit the right candidate.
