In one sentence: Your mission is to generate MQLs and grow our brand through paid channels in our 4 target markets: the US, UK, France & Germany. You’ll need to have hands-on experience in pinpointing our prospect's needs through data analysis and helping ensure their first touchpoint engages them.
Collaborating closely with the content and outbound team you’ll work across a range of paid and organic channels to retarget interested parties and help kickstart our marketing funnel.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Manage our SEA (Google Ads) and SMA (LinkedIn Ads) campaigns.
- Create landing pages for these campaigns.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to optimize the whole acquisition funnel.
- Report on the performance of these campaigns.
- Evaluate new paid channels or tactics to generate more leads.
The must have’s:
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- At least 1 significant experience in a B2B company (in-house or agency side).
- Written & spoken proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Interest in mastering new tools (analytics, CMS etc.) and getting technical.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with WordPress or a similar CMS.
- Basic HTML & CSS skills.
- Experience with tracking and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Data Studio or GTM.
- Experience working in the Tech / IoT industry.

Salary: £38,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
