BioTalent are very proud to be working in partnership with a global pharmaceutical company for the role of a qualified Senior QC Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for the Microbiological testing of products prior to their release and will work in accordance to GMP guidelines.
You’ll be working on-site from Monday - Friday during 8am - 4pm.

You will be responsible for:
· Technical leadership within the testing of samples to support validation
· Performing microbiological validations
· Investigating OOS and trend result for microbiological data
· Developing corrective measures for out of compliance issues
· Being proficient in understanding current best practice related to microbiology, sterility assurance, environmental monitoring, bioburdens, etc
You will bring the following:
· A degree/qualification in Microbiology or relevant Science
· GMP knowledge and manufacturing GMP background within the food or pharmaceutical industries
· 2-4 years of experience with Quality Control/Microbiological testing techniques and best practice
· Proven team leadership skills
· Strong understanding of continuous improvement strategies and root cause analysis
