RESPONSIBILITIES
German speaking Business Developer (Electronics)
Salary: Circa £100,000 pa (OTE) + Benefits
Location: Home based UK with travel to Germany, ideally near Airport

Main duties:
To develop relationship with new clients and partners in order to implement sales growth in a defined territory (Germany).
The Role:
- Identify new business opportunities & convert prospects, leads into sales
- Maintain and develop existing relationships with distributors & technology partner
- Support technical introductions, customer visits, workshops
- Work with the VP Business Development EMEA to progress & drive business forecasts
- Identify and contact potential new distributor and technology partners
- Manage the commercial trading and negotiating of terms
- Work on sales targets conduct market research and analysis
- Use business understanding to help develop new products and features- Attend regular meetings in the UK HQ
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
- Fluent in English and German (written & spoken)
- Experience in the electronics industry
- Strong, repeatable, and reliable sales methodology to plan and develop sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level (Networking)
- Experience of microprocessors, hardware debug systems would be advantageous
- Target-driven/ results orientated
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic attitude
- Flexible as 50% travelling will be required
- Must be Drivers licence & Passport holder
SALARY
Circa £60,000 pa + £40K Commission + Bens (circa £100K OTE)
