We have a rare opportunity for someone fabulous to join our team! We need a vibrant personality with strong contemporary brand knowledge and a passion for delivering the ultimate customer service. At our established, award winning independent boutique in Esher Surrey.
The role:
- Work with a team that strive to provide the best experience for the customer instore, by phone or online
- Gain knowledge of our brands, new brands , key season looks, sizing and styling
- Ensure that excellent retail standards are always maintained in store, cleaning, steaming stock and supporting with store merchandising
- Effective stock replenishment and stockroom standards
- Support with incoming new season stock deliveries and preparation for the shop floor and for our ecommerce team to upload to our websites
- Support the ecommerce team with pulling and packaging of stock for daily online orders for our website
Skills / Experience:
- Excellent fashion knowledge and have experienced great customer service
- At least 2 years' experience of working in luxury fashion
- Enjoy conversing with clients to build relationships
- Patience and lots of energy!
