We are looking for a Full Time Reservations Manager who will delight our guests with sincere, attentive service.
The Reservations Manager will be responsible for recording and processing all rooms, F&B and activities reservation enquiries made by phone, e-mail or via third party efficiently and accurately. The Reservations Manager will encourage a sales attitude amongst all colleagues and ensure that they are aware of sales opportunities within the hotel.
What we are looking for:
You will be focused on genuine care about guest experience and exceeding guest expectations
You are extremely organised and a great eye for detail
You are a great leader and strive to develop the reception team
Must have a Good knowledge of reservations systems (Opera PMS)
Previous experience as a Reservations Manager or in Hotel Front Office is required
