Are you an experienced Tenancy Management Adviser looking for a new role?We're looking for the right candidate for a full-time role, addressing tenancy breaches in relation to communal fire risks on a 6 month+ contract.
***This role will require you to obtain a Standard satisfactory clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service***
Rate: £18.00-£22.00 per hour (negotiable dependant on experience)
Hours: 35 per week
The right candidate will have…
- Experience of providing advice/assistance to the public in a customer-facing role within a housing or support setting,
- An understanding of housing and other relevant policy and legislation, including housing supply and demand issues and welfare reform,
- An understanding of the network of statutory and non-statutory social and community services and how these may be utilised to support and empower vulnerable people,
- The ability to undertake risk assessments, develop safety plans and make recommendations about risk and need based on the evidence.
Role responsibilities…
- This role will be focussed entirely on addressing tenancy breaches in relation to communal fire risks - unauthorised storage, dumping etc.
- Identifying and addressing resident needs at an earlier stage – including targeted visits to those at risk of poor outcomes
- Managing non-emergency service requests from tenants, enabling them to maintain their tenancies and thrive, including: management of lower-level antisocial behaviour, oversight of legal work and other service requests related to the Conditions of Tenancy
