The role
We are currently looking to recruit a part-time HR Business Partner (TUPE Specialist and Projects)
Within the role you will provide senior stakeholders within Extra Care, Retirement Housing or Corporate Services with specialist advice and support in order to deliver their business objectives. This will include influencing and facilitating the development and delivery of strategic people projects, with a focus on the organisations growth agenda.
You will be a collaborative member of the People & Culture management team, contributing to the delivery of organisation-wide people initiatives and cultural change, including the organisation’s maintenance of Investors in People Platinum accreditation.

What we’re looking for
The essential requirements for the role include:
Significant experience in a HR generalist/ HR operations role- Significant experience of leading large TUPE and acquisitions, with end-to-end integration
- Experience of delivering employment advice and guidance to managers at all levels.
- Experience of delivering improvements to people development, recruitment, culture, values work and employee engagement
- Experience of supporting and delivering on significant organisational change
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- Knowledge and awareness of key business drivers and KPI’s
- Knowledge of recruitment, development, performance and talent management processes
- MCIPD or equivalent experience
- Evidence of learning achievements to support professional development
