Position Purpose

A member of the EMEA People Services Leadership team, responsible to communicate and implement the strategy within the HR Advisors team and to participate in decision making processes at People Services levels

Manage the daily activities of the HR Advisors for EMEA, enabling the delivery of customer focused, effective and comprehensive HR solutions to our employees and managers
-
A primary face to the workforce and stakeholders, this role will manage a team who are the main contact point for employees and managers seeking human resources support.
Key Responsibilities

Regional lead of the HRA team, accountable for the performance, development and the service quality results of the regional HRA team
-
Drive high-touch customer service practices and maintain continuous collaboration with the workforce and partners to understand the voice of the customer.

Provide direction and guidance to the HR Advisors team in order to ensure delivery of globally aligned services, consistent achievement of service level agreements and key performance goals

Co-responsible for the Global People services results (performance and projects) by engaging and collaborating with peers from functional and global teams to achieve these.

On a rotational basis, responsible for Global and regional coordination amongst peers to ensure alignment in execution of processes and ways of working across the Capability Center HR Advisor teams.

Responsible and accountable for decisions related to regional processes/support to business and HR community, in order to anticipate issues or offer most efficient solutions following the global guidance.

Act as subject matter expert and service delivery owner for Regional human resources support and fulfilment needs.

Provide direction and guidance to peers to ensure consistent achievement of service level agreements and business performance goals

Ongoing review of the trends for the received queries and of the Customer Satisfaction Survey results, and take action to identify opportunities for continues improvements

Responsible for the performance and the continuous development of the HR Advisors, empowering the team to use their HR experiences, knowledge, and tools to manage human resources needs to resolution.

Responsible for creating an environment of healthy open dialogue and supporting the wellbeing of the employees
Must have requirements
-
Demonstrated experience of leadership and people development
-
Professional presence, able to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
-
General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes and Regional Employment Laws
-
Customer focused, with proven track of implementing processes that are customer centric, ideally in a Shared Services environment
-
Working knowledge of customer service software applications (case management, knowledge management)
-
Able to identify opportunities for change and navigate appropriate steps to effect change
-
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
-
University degree required or equivalent
Ideal Candidates would have

Experience working in service delivery to EMEA region from a Shared Service
-
Good level of one additional language (French, German, Spanish or Italian)

HR Certification
-
Experience working with HR enabling systems: Workday, ServiceNow
