“What’s it all about?”
It’s not often that a role comes up where the variety and scope involved can promise you no two days will be the same! You’ll gain great exposure and be able to really develop your career in this newly created role as a Performance & Insights Analyst within the Retail business.
You’ll be working closely with a wide range of Retail stakeholders across all of our MFU’s and Functions to analyse and use our data and insights to drive positive and impactful actions that support our ambitious Retail strategy. Analysis of our performance data can give us an idea of so many opportunities that exist for us to improve and be better and you will be at the forefront of uncovering and telling that story! Working with our Retail MFUs and Functional areas such as Underwriting, Sales & Operations, a natural collaborator, problem solver & influencer you will be operating at pace, ensuring we deliver the right solutions for Our Customers and our People.
We know that sometimes the best person for the role isn’t always looking for full time hours, so the role is available as part-time, job-share or full time, just talk to us about what you need and we can take it from there.
“What will I do and how?”
This role is about analysing performance and identifying opportunities we have to improve our business performance across our MFUs.
Collaboration and influencing is key - think of yourself as the glue that helps gain consensus from everyone involved, to help take them on the journey of embracing insights to inform strategies and decisions. Ultimately, this is all about making sure we understand the opportunities we have and execute optimal actions to support our plan delivery.
“So what makes me a good fit for the role?”
You’ll know and understand what it means to collaborate, how to bring data to life through story telling, focused on enabling strategic delivery through insights utilisation.
You’ll clearly understand the power of data-led decision making to ensure flawless execution against our strategy. It’s the art of joining the dots to see how different insights can impact the business. The Retail landscape is wide, considering opportunities to all functional areas, across each of our 5 MFU’s within Retail in a fast-moving environment.
“What will I need? "
A natural flair for problem solving, a curiosity to learn and try new things, facilitating solutions across a complex landscape, you’ll be experienced in analysing data and turning insights into actions.
A new role, you will clearly be able to show your ability to influence & communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders. You’ll be strong on Execution and able to support others to ensure success.
You might be in a Retail technical/analytical role already (this will really help) as well as a natural influencer that loves variety.
